Anima Arcana is a duo that explores atmospheric ethnic fusion with gentle grooves, flute, and voice to explore the intersection of nature and technology, form and freedom, male and female, time and timelessness. Their improvisations are colored by influences from their extensive travels and varied music careers.
Uyanga Bold is a multi-instrumental Mongolian vocal artist, known for her otherworldly chameleonic voice that transcends borders and time.
Her music is a live channeling of shamanic nomadic chants, fusing the primal with the divine. She draws from the rich sounds of Mongolian long song and throat singing, Western opera, Eastern European folk, North Indian classical, indigenous sacred and healing icaros, and global electronic music.
Uyanga learned from masters in their fields and traditions. She also sung for Hollywood’s top Oscar and Emmy-winning composers, performed in arenas and festivals with orchestras around the world, and lent her voice to major projects such as Mulan, The Marvels, Spider-Man, and the Avatar universes, as well as various video games and TV shows. Her voice can also be heard in collaborations with BBC, Sony, Google, Paramount, Disney, Bandai Namco, the Boston Ballet, Harvard, Telemundo, and Burning Man, among others. Uyanga is the voice behind the blockbuster virtual vocal library Voices of the Empire from EastWest. She has performed on TV and radio, participated in numerous sacred healing concert ceremonies, and touched millions of souls online with her voice.

Joshua Geisler is a New York based multi-instrumentalist who plays the Bansuri (North Indian bamboo) and Native American flutes, guitar, keyboards, percussion, and electronics. His syncretic approach to composition and improvisation is at the same time innovative and grounded in traditional training.
Josh was the bandleader of Cirque du Soleil’s “TOTEM”, with whom he toured for 9 years, performing 2650 shows in 45 cities around the world. A veteran performer, he has appeared on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno”, Fuji TV Japan, and countless stages and festivals around the world, with over 4500 concerts in the course of his career.
Josh is the author of “The Chromatic Bansuri: a cross-cultural guide to learning the North Indian Bamboo Flute”, where he teaches his innovative virtuosic techniques. He is also an accomplished flute maker that has innovated the design and construction of the bansuri, dramatically expanding its expressive range and capabilities.
His pedigree also includes extensive studies in India with Bansuri legend Pandit Raghunath Seth and Sarod Maestro Pandit Vikash Maharaj, years of freelance gigs with a wide variety of artists, including Pop legend Paul Simon, as well as a degree in Music Production and Engineering from Berklee College of Music.
